I love agriculture. This industry has been and will be essential for us. As the world evolves dramatically, customers demand change and growth. That is why I believe agriculture is promising and ideal for business.

Farming is quite a tiring job in fact, but farmers tend to be unskilled in selling even though they are good at cultivating. That is the one of the reasons they cannot get enough income. The innovative system to bring farmers and their community enough income by selling their produce directly in the Tokyo area is needed. At the same time, we create senary industrialization of agriculture by operating “Production, Logistics, Processing, Sales” and enhance value of agricultural produce. We are managing two types of farmers’ markets called “Shoku no eki (Food station)” and “Chisan Marche (Local products Marche)”. We are planning to expand these retail businesses in the capital area around Tokyo, Saitama and Kanagawa. Along with this plan, in order to meet our customers needs to have a variety of seasonal produce throughout the year, we will take hands with our partners all over Japan.

Agricultural produce from Japan is highly valued for its quality and credibility throughout the world. We must brush up technologies pioneers have invented and focus on Organic farming, GAP and Mineral farming methods which are reliable and good for our health.

Moreover, by the technology of Solar farm®, the combination of solar power generation and farming, we increase the income of farmers and local societies by more than two times. This leads people’s satisfaction and happiness. We believe that as income increases, farmers can stand on their feet as farmers and it benefits local area too. This is the key focus of our business.
And as a judicial person qualified to own farmland, we are devoting ourselves to educate human resources with the latest agricultural technology. To realize our corporate objective of establishing a new ideal style of agriculture for young generations, we are cooperating with a local university and IT company in the educational field. Also we help people who are planning to move to the countryside from big cities to start farming by preparing accommodation for them.

We need “Manpower” to make every single step in this constantly changing world. In order to challenge a new project, a single company cannot make it on its own. When we need to share dreams and take action to realize them, manpower is essential. Without the reputation and performance of customers, clients, farmers and workers, there is nothing we can do as a company. It is essential to educate the next generations for 20 or even 100 years ahead. For our better life and bright future, we focus on the education of students and strengthen our training system for workers so that we as a company can develop ourselves too.
